The Digital 6.10 upgrade is here

In 2009, Insight customers successfully went through the Digital Transition required for the local broadcast stations. And now, we're transforming our entire channel lineup in Lexington, Louisville and Northern Kentucky to all-digital service with our Digital 6.10 Upgrade.

All you need to do is order your FREE Mini Box for any TV that is connected to Insight cable, but doesn't have a digital box currently connected to that TV. Order your Mini Box today as they are all FREE until 2013.

Once your Mini Boxes are connected and the Digital 6.10 Upgrade is completed, then we'll work to make lots of cool stuff available, including over 100 HD channels and ability to bring even faster download speeds in the future.

Ordering your Mini Boxes

It is very important to click on the appropriate order button below to start the ordering process. You should order a mini box for each TV set that you currently use in your home that doesn't have a digital box connected to it. Order today and they are all free until 2013. And then they will only be $0.75 per box per month.

Don't know if you are a Non-Digital Customer or Digital Customer?

If you don't currently have any Insight Digital equipment in your home and all TV's are currently connected from the wall directly to the TV, click on the Non-Digital Customer bottom to get started.
